No-show and tardiness
It is important to attend your appointment on time. A no-show or late arrival is not acceptable. In such cases, we will charge a no-show fee of €30 at your next appointment.

Duration of the appointment: Was your appointment longer than 20 minutes? Then we charge €30 per 20 minutes.

Cancellation: Can't attend? Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance through our secretarial office. In that case, we will not charge the fee.
